Is there a template for creating a marketing brochure that hangs .

I am looking for a template for creating a marketing brochure that hangs from
door knob (has circle cutout near top plus slit that allows you to leave on
front door knob). Is there such a template online somewhere? What is this
type of brochure called? Thank you.

They are called "door hangers." There are blank hangers here, not too expensive.
