Is there a template for designing a GUI?

I'm looking for a template with buttons, drop down menus, etc. to aid in the
design of a Graphical User Interface.

In Visio 2003 there is a template for Windows XP User Interface. Go to
File/New/Software/ and you'll see the template at the bottom. I found it
after my initial post.
