Is there a template for "forking paths" representing decisions?

I'm working on a set of slides for a philosophy class on free will and need a
simple branching tree structure representing "forked paths," i.e. alternative
futures. I'm using PowerPoint 2003 and see lots of organization and flow
charts but not the sort of thing I need, with diagonal lines and no boxes for
text. Is such a thing available?
