Is there a template on Power Point for Lesson Plans for teachers?

I am looking for a lesson plan template that I can tailor to fit two classes
a day, five days a week.

I am not sure PowerPoint is the place to look, but Microsoft Word has some.
I will give you a link to one but if it is not what you want you could do a
Google search for "lesson plan templates" or even make your own in Word by
using the table function. Anyway, here is the link to one:
