Is there a template to keep track of books you've read?

I'm not sure which program would be best to use, perhaps Access. Ijust need
a template to input books I've read versus books I want to read.

Access, Excel, a simple Word table.............. As for a template, why not
just create something from scratch? It seems like your needs are quite
basic.
