Is there a way to archive based on date AND attachments.

I only want to archive the files that are making my PST folder too big
- i.e. the ones with attachments. I'd also like to keep the ones with
attachements for awhile (say 3 months). So, is there a way to archive
based on date and whether or not there is an attachment?

I'm using Outlook 2002 w/ SP3.
