Is there a way to compare versions of an mdb file?

I am trying to compare an mdb file (saved in clearcase) with its predecessor.
Is there a way to do this within access or outside of access.
I can export the file, but I don't seem to get everything as when I try to
import it
back, things that were check boxes no show up as integers.
