Is there a way to copy a ppt slide from an Outlook email to ppt

I there a way to copy an emailed (through Outlook) .ppt slide directly to a
ppt deck? When I try this the slide is inserted over the last slide in my
deck.
The only way I was able to do this is to sava as..from Outlook, then from
the saved slide copy and paste to ppt.

Insert a blank page to receive the "pasting".

Save the emailed PPT presentation to your local disk and then in PPT use the
Insert/Slides From File command.
