Is there a way to "copy" or move the AutoComplete addresses?

We are upgrading our small business computer. We have the last year's worth
of AutoComplete addresses saved in Outlook and don't want to start from
scratch. Not all of them are in our Contacts folder (long story... Contacts
file corrupted by WinFax), so we don't have that option.

Hoping to keep all the AutoComplete files and copying them to the new
computer.

Any thoughts/ideas on how this could be done?
