When I need to refer to old email, I usually locate the email in my contact's
BCM history. When I double click the email history record, the email
doesn't display, just the details of the email (when created, subject etc).
Is there any way to be able to read the actual message? What I'm doing now
is I noting the date it was created, and then going to my sent or deleted box
to read it.
