Is there a way to export my contact list from Office Communicator?

Autumn

Now that I have built my contact list (groups) I want to ensure that if for
any reason my computer/communicator crashes I have a way to import my
contacts versus rebuilding. Any way to do this?

Hello There,

I'm also looking for this but seems that MS Communicator doesn't have this feature.
But you can keep in mind that your contact list is stored in the MS Communicator Server, so when you log in Communicator everywhere, your contact list will be loaded. In my opinion, the main problem is when you have to share your contact list with co-workers for example, as you can't do it! :-(

If you find a way, please let me know.

Best Regards,

Hi There,

It's impossible! You can't export your contact list as MS Communicator doesn't have this feature! :-(

But keep in mind that your contact list is stored in the Communicator server, so if you machine crashes, don't worry! You'll be able to see you contacts in the next login.

The main problem is that you can't export your contact list and send/share it with your co-workers.

I hope this can help.

Best regards and good luck!

Guilherme Vieira.
