I have way too many emails in my Inbox, Sent box, and individual folders. I
want to know if there is a way to save email folders into another area of my
hard drive and then delete them out of Outlook? I may still need to access
some of the info so it needs to be organized and not just dumped into one
file. But I have to reduce the size of my Outlook folders. I don't know why
MS just doesn't make a simple way of doing that. Thanks Kay
