Is there a way to scroll through a picture or zoom in or out in ms access?

I'm building an application with big photo's attached to it and I
don't want to shrink the picture because the details of the photo have
to remain visible.
It would be more perfect if i'd be able to zoom in or out and have
scroll options..
I know it's possible in visual basic but the database is totally build
in access.
