Is there a way to see a record of delegate access for inboxes?

Is there a way to see a record of times a delegate accesses an inbox or is
there an alert sent to an inbox owner when the mailbox is accessed?

No. The admin can see who last accessed the mailbox but no one will have a
long of who accessed it when.
