Is there a way to set up a "flag" that notify's you of a potential issue?
For example, a field was not filled out in a number of fields and its been
past 30 days since the last activity.

That is what a query or a report is for.

Just build in your criteria and run it when you feel like looking for
issues.

Christine,
You will need to add a date field (or fields) that can be used to identify
when was the last time that a particular record was modified. Then you will
need to put code in a Data Entry form to do what you want. You can't do this
directly in a table.
