Is there a way to universally turn off invitation responses?

I work at a large company and send invitations from my manager's calendar.
He would like to not see all the responses to the invitations. I can see
that it's possible to turn off the response feature for individual
invitations, but not how to do it universally. And, in addition to that, we
don't want to eliminate entirely the ability to see who's accepted and
declined. Does anyone know if there is a good solution to this problem?
Thanks.

Are you a delegate for your boss? What version of Outlook?
