Is there a wizard for designing flyers somewhere?

I want to design a leaflet/flyer.

Is there a wizard to help me somewhere?

Do I need to use powerpoint? or another programme?

PowerPoint is not designed for what your trying to do.You need to use
another program like Microsoft Publisher which is part of MSOffice 2003, or
Adobe PageMaker.
