Is there a Word Template or file that anyone knows about I could..

Something like a combination between a journal and notes- Easy to categorize,
easy to retrieve later on. Outlook Notes is OK but I don't it was really
designed for that type of thing. I want to use it to make notes about some
stocks I am tracking ,,, and thene be able to retrieve later on...
