Is there a word version of the 'to-do list' template?

I saw the powerpoint to-do list template, but i much prefer using Word. Is
there a word version?

I have a bunch of different to-do categories; but generally it's like school
work, errands, long-term, etc. The format of the powerpoint/excel versions is
fine, but those program formats are not well-suited to large volumes of text
(for example, if many of my to-do items are 1-2 lines long, they wont fit in
the small spaces provided by the existing formast, and i dont want to have to
manipulate all the formatting.
