Is there addin to automatically create auto text entries in Word, instead of
doing one word each time?

Or is there addin that automatically creates a file with auto text entries
in Word? Like for example a list of long words or most used/most used longer
words?

thank you,

Jorge

I don't know of an add-in that is available but you could use a macro
to add each paragraph in a document as a new AutoText entry. You may
want to ask in one the Word VBA newsgroups to see if anyone has
already created a macro for this.

Please post all follow-up questions to the newsgroup. Requests for
assistance by email can not be acknowledged.

Not yet, but there should be one. On my PDA, with windows mobile 6, when I
type in text, it automatically opens a "pop-up" suggesting five words for the
word I am typing. There should be some similar feature for PC windows.
