Is there an animation to enlarge a text box?

I need to do a presentation where I call out a text box, expand it and then
leave it enlarged. How do you do that?

In PowerPoint 2002/XP and above, select the textbox.
Click Slide Show > Custom Animation.
Click Add effect > Emphasis > Grow/Shrink.
Set the size and speed of your preference.
