Is there an application for making a sports competition bracket?

I hold a competition and need an apllication that I could create a 16-team
bracket with.

paper would be printed portrait on 8.5 x 11. I'm hoping to use a Microsoft
Office product. I just didn't know if anyone knew of a specific template
that was already established for this situation.
