We're a small company, it would be very helpful for our staff to see other people's absences before they book vacation to avoid having to resubmit because many others already booked that week.
The only way to see other people's vacations that I know of today is to create a new calendar appointment, invite everyone to it (without sending) then scroll a head to the future weeks / months to be able to see if anyone already booked the week that I want to book.
We also need this capability to see when people are in or out to ensure we have adequate coverage.
