is there an office program that can make wishbone charts

tying to use wishbone chart for family research. wanted to input into
computer. is there a template or program that will build one?

I don't know whether this will meet your needs , but you could have a
look at Microsoft Visio.

If you mean fishbone, or Ishikawa diagrams, then as Steve suggests, Visio is
what you want.
