Is there an unbundled version of OneNote 07?

I want to get OneNote. Already have Office 2007 Business version -- is there
any way I can purchase just the OneNote software? So far, the only thing I
can find is in package form with other versions of Office.

Also want the mobile for my Motorola Q phone.

Yes there is the standalone version of ON available for sale.

has some links to various stores which sell it. Retail stores should have
it as well.

A license for OneNote Mobile is included with OneNote 2007.
