Is there an update to FrontPage 2003 that streamlines the loading of a
webpage from FrontPage to the web?

what do you mean streamline? even the new EWD has the same way.....

EWD = expression web designer.. is the application that will substitute
frontpage

you can download a beta and test it from MS

Frontpage 2003 does this already.

You need your web open; then File > Publish Site
