IS there any CONTACT MANAGER in Outlook

Anyone: Is there any CONTACT MANAGER feature or Software I can add into Outlook just like ACT for example? How can I keep records of customers with their history of conversations, to do lists, Call back dates organized like ACT?

I did not get good reports on Microsoft's Contact Manager. I am looking for a better solution that works with Outlook.
how is MX-Contact and Avidian Technologies?
