Is there any doc to tell the change/difference of html.xla in Exce

I have problem when using running the Excel-2002 Marco to generate a HTML
report OfficeXP environment. The problem was temporarily solved by replacing
the html.xla from Excel 97 overwrite the one from Excel XP

Run-time error '1004':

The macro 'DoHTMLCommand' cannot be found

Is there any doc to tell the change/difference of html.xla in Excel 97 ? so
I can check if the function call is changed ?
