I have outlook small business on desktop and would like to share all outlook
data between desktop and laptop. Can anyone suggest ideas or programs.
Burning disk and exporting is too complicated

If you mean run Outlook on two separate PCs, but synchronise
them periodically over a LAN, the best product is probably
SynchPst.

You need only 1 copy, on 1 of the PCs. You synchronise ONLY
while Outlook is NOT running on either PC.

I have tried a couple of free offerings, but they failed spectacularly/
