Is there any Power point plugin/Active X control/Dll

Does office installation installs any Power point plugin/Active X
control/Dll required by IE to run Web presentations on machines not having
power point/power point viewer Or web presentations doesn't need Power point
to run the HTML presentations.

Web presentations (html/htm files) do not require PowerPoint.
