is there any way to change the box sizes inside an organization c.

I am creating an organization chart in Office (Powerpoint or Excel - it
doesn't matter). I need to vary the sizes of the individual boxes to make
the text work. But there doesn't seem to be any way to resize the individual
boxes on the individual branches. Is there?
