SmartArt Resizing Individual Graphics

Hi,
I am attempting to resize individual boxes within a SmartArt org chart
graphic so that the sizes are exact. Using the handle bars will is not
getting me to the size that I need to ensure that the boxes are the same
EXACT size. When I select "Size" from the Format toolbar it resizes the
entire graphic?

Is there any way to resize indivudal boxes to an EXACT size?

Your help would be greatly appreciated!

I maybe wrong but I do not think you can set an exact size for an individual
box in a SmartArt.
Only thing you can use is the larger and smaller buttons on the SmartArt
tools Format tab. You can drag the shape handles to re-size manually, but as
you have seen this resizes all other shapes as well.
You could work around it by cutting your SmartArt and paste it in as
Enhanced Metafile; then ungroup it (several times if needed) then resize any
text box using the Format tab of the drawing tools, size group.
Sure hope someone else will have better ideas.
