Is there any way to customize reports in BCM?

Once a month I need to print a short report of my business contacts to send
to my office showing dates of contacts but really no further details. With
BCM I tried printing a report on a few leads and ended up with over 107 pages
as it includes e-mail text. I don't want to exclude the e-mails because I
need to show that I've been in touch with these leads.

Any suggestions or anything that I'm missing here? Thanks in advance!

You cannot customize your reports, but you can save them as Word Document and
then can delete the unnecessary portion.

Hum - one solution I can think is the Neglected Contact report - if you
made contact to a customer, it won't be in there, so you did your job.


BCM does not have rich customization of reports as you pointed out.
Another possible solution would be to create a view in the Contacts or
Accounts folder and have some smart logic to filter what you don;'t
want, but this is tricky.
