Is there any way to make and save my own report template?

I have to prepare the same reports repeatedly and would like to do it w/out a
ton of fiddling. Can I save a report template?

This depends on what you mean by "same", "repeatedly", and "fiddling". You
can copy a report and make changes as necessary. Also, you can specific a
specific report as a "template" or simply save a report with the name
"Normal".
