Is there any way to split the Project Budget Cost into different FY as you can with Cost?

I noticed that although you can timephase Cost compared with Budget
Cost, there doesn't appear to be a way to enter the Budget Cost at the
Project Summary level by FY, etc.

Any suggestions?
