Office was already installed on my Gateway notebook upon purchase. Last
January, I had to get a new office product key from Gateway during
re-installation because I had lost mine. Now, I had to get a totally new hard
drive. I have re-installed Windows, but my product key will not work for
Office-I have already called both Gateway and Microsoft. Microsoft even gave
me my original product key. None of the product keys work. Is there anything
I can do, short of buying a new version of Office XP Pro?
