Is there help for beginners?

I just bought this wonderful computer from Dell, and Microsoft Outlook came
with it. I cannot figure out how to use it! I can get email, but I cannot
send it! It stays in the Outbox forever, and when I try to send it from
there, I'm told it's not possible. Aren't there any beginner tutorials I can
look at? I really could use some help! Thanks!

Pressing F1 will get you lots of help, as will looking at
www.slipstick.com - but the issue is likely more to do with your not having
configured your outbound server settings according to your ISP's
instructions. You may need to authenticate to their server (provide
credentials - so spammers can't just use their server to send mail), or
specify an alternate port (the default is TCP 25)....have you tried calling
your ISP?
