Is this newsgroup monitored???

S

Steve Easton

Yes it is, and the spam posts will be removed in due time.

So, I feel silly posting about this, but it's been a little while since I've
been in the newsgroup, and it seems like there is more spam than there ever
was before. Is anyone looking at the newsgroup, or don't they have the means
to remove those silly posts???

It's not like it's that big of a deal to just skip over those posts, but am
I the only one that is annoyed by it???

Hmm, I don't really see that much spam here. Are you referencing this via the MS servers?

I monitor it every day (except weekends). :-D

of course it's "monitored" - by the members of the group! Maybe you mean
"moderated" - I don't know about that.

T

Tom Pepper Willett

No, it's not "moderated"...

And, there are mechanisms in place to handle the spam and inappropriate
posts.
