Is this Visio group monitored?

I have several questions about Visio but there doesn't seem to be anyone
answering the questions this week. This is the first time I've used this
newsgroup. Can someone please let me know?

The Microsoft newsgroups are "monitored" by volunteers who provide peer to
peer support. Occassionally, some of those volunteers are Microsoft
employees who actually work on the product. So ask away.
