<= is tis less than or equal to?

I am trying to raise a now due alarm in a cell when the content of an
adjacent cell exceeds the limit. At this time the accoint is now due. My
formula is:

=IF(BB4<=$BC$3, "","Now Due")

If not due not returnign comment.

Iurgently seem your assistance. Many thanks

Not sure of your difficulty, but maybe all you need is

=IF(BB3<=$BC$3, "","Now Due")

Your posted formula has a space between the , and ""
So maybe
=IF(BB4<=$BC$3, "","Now Due")

Should be
=IF(BB4<=$BC$3,"","Now Due")

Is that perhaps the trouble?
