Murtaza, there are two features that you should investigate. One is Share
Workbook on the Tools menu. The other is Protect and Share Workbook under
Protection on the Tools menu. Both allow multiple users to access and modify
a workbook simultaneously. (I'm working with Excel 2003. The wording of the
commands may be different in earlier versions but I believe both features
have been in Excel since 97.)
