ISO 19005-1 compliant (PDF/A)

I have read all the postings about ISO 19005-1 compliant (PDF/A).
When I try to save as pdf and check this box I get an error which says file
not found.
Why?

Yes, please someone assist - I have exactly the same issue and this does not
seemed to be raised anywhere else in the MS site!!!
