ISP or Outlook Problem?!

Bastet

I receive the below when I send/receive. Is this an Outlook error or
something pertaining to my ISP? I have never encountered it before:

Task 'pop.freeserve.com - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The
connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues,
contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP). The
server responded: qmail-popup: error in loading shared libraries: libc.so.6:
failed to map segment from shared object: Cannot allocate memory'

What can't it allocate memory to?

2003 if it makes an iota of difference...

Thanks

That's a problem on your ISP's end.
