issue log audit trail?

Is there a way to extract information from certain tables that would
tell when an issue log item was deleted and who deleted it? Any other
way to determine when an issue log item was deleted and who deleted
it?

Thanks,

Andrew:

Just so you know, the SharePoint MVPs think that any question that mentions
Project Server should be expelled from the SharePoint ngs. I've asked them
to temper this approach given that 2010 blurs the lines so much, but I
haven't gotten any acknowledgement from that group. Further, the issues logs
in Project Server are not out-of-the-box SharePoint, so they do have a
legitimate point if it were concerning this specific topic.

True....although I typically post over there but just make sure not to mention
it's a MOPS question. It is a custom list, but that kind of custom functionality
should be germaine to any SharePoint list IMHO.

Gary, any recommendation here as far as executing a SQL statement
against a particular table or view to report deletion history?

Andrew:

I quite agree, but it is what it is. Just wanted to make sure that you were
aware of the situation.
