Issue Outlook 2007 with Exchange 2003

Hi,
i have this strange issue:
-I have on client Outlook 2007 Sp1, on server exchange 2003 Sp2.
All work good but the Outlook icon of state of connection is all time on "
Connection to microsoft Exchange"
The Outlook in configured with local cache.
