issue saving a project to server!!!

If a users does not use the "Save As" option when saving/publishing the
project for the first time and they use save instead, the server saves the
project but does not prompt the user to fill in the outline codes. There for
the project lists incorrectly in the project view. Has anyone run into this
same issue? If so how can you prevent this from happening?

I cannot duplicate your problem. When I create a project from an enterprise
template or from a new blank project, click the Save button or click File -
Save, the system presents the Save to Project Server dialog. How are your
users creating their new projects?
