By default, in "Issue Tracker" 's primary view, when you double-click an
issue it displays a "Response" Form.
I created a "Custom Response" form. Now, when I double-click an issue it
displays "Custom Response" form.
I'm not sure how I introduced this behavior. Where are the settings which
control what is displayed when you double-click an issue ?
My goal is to allow the user to view the issue either as a custom form (
editable ) or as a cusom view ( read-only ).
How can I accomplish this ? Obviously double-clicking will only allow
invocation of one or the other, but is there another mechanism to display a
custom form/view for an issue ?
Thanks.
