M Mark Smith Dec 6, 2009 #2 Hi John - You've got two easy options. 1: Delete the form by right-clicking on the form name and choosing delete. There's no way of undoing this. 2: By denying permission to use the form on the Options tab. Less drastic.

J John Grandy Dec 7, 2009 #3 Hi Mark. Why doesn't the following work ? On the Response form's Options tab, I uncheck "Use this form to create responses to the selected record." However, "Response" is still listed under "New" Thanks.
