issue with hotmail in outlook 2007

Hi.
On a laptop, outlook 2007 seems to work fine with hotmail. On another
computer, I have a different version of outlook 2007 and I have a
weird issue with email there. (Both the laptop and the computer run
under vista home premium.)
I can't send any email (somehow it's not possible to click on the
links 'new', 'reply', etc.. )
for some mysterious reason.
I've tried removing the hotmail account and adding it again (using the
outlook connector utility), but that doesn't seem to help.
Is there any obvious directory for temporary files that might have
become corrupted which could prevent me from sending emails?
Is there an obvious method that might fix outlook or do I simply need
to uninstall and reinstall office 2007?

Sorry for the confusion, I have a version in Dutch and a version in
English.

Does the Outlook Connector support the Dutch language? I haven't checked
lately.

Does the Outlook Connector support the Dutch language?  I haven't checked
lately.

Dunno.. but the problem is with the English version of Outlook 2007
anyway.
