Issue with Portfolio Analyzer - MS Project - Web Access

Hi,
we are using EBMS for Project planning & time reporting. We have noticed
problem with respect to the hours recorded and displayed in Portfolio
Analyzer.

Timesheet is entered via Web Access.
Once approved this will be available in Microsoft project
After the Cube is run this will be available in the Portfolio Analyzer.

But the problem we are facing is that for some of the resources (there is no
specific pattern between the resources that show this problem) different
hours are shown in places (E.g. 40hrs entered, 23 is displayed in Project &
18 in Portfolio Analyzer).

THIS IS CREATING LOT OF ISSUES - ESPECIALLY IN REPORTING/TRACKING. LOOKING
FORWARD TO ANY TIPS/SOLUTIONS TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE.

Just a stab in the dark, but have your PM's manually entered actuals in the
Microsoft Project plan? If so, they must republish the assignments in the
project using Collaborate - Publish - Republish Assignments and then select
the "Overwrite actual work entered by resources" option. Let us know if
this helps.
